I am a Product Designer with over 6 years of experience in user experience, and over 12 years working with visual design. My professional goal is to enhance user experience and make the digital environment more accessible and inclusive. I believe in making businesses more profitable and reliable for people by creating designs that prioritize user needs and goals.To tackle it, I have several skills, including:• Great user experience design process: working with the whole Double Diamond, from research to user testing, always searching to mix the user needs with the business and technology.• Working with a multi-diverse Agile team: to build great products, a diverse and capable team is more than necessary. I always include the whole team in my design process, from building the backlog to delivering and tracking the final product.• Prototyping and Design System: I am skilled in creating visually appealing products that are based on user research data, Accessible standards by WCAG, Business strategies, and available Technology. To ensure consistency, all of these standards are translated into components from the brand's Design System, using Figma as the main tool. Additionally, I am proficient in creating prototypes using Adobe Xd and Axure RP.• UX Research tools: I am proficient in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyzing data through important tools such as Personas, Affinity Mapping, Card Sorting, CSD Matrix, Benchmark Table, and Service Blueprint.My projects and achievements:• I have conducted a 5-day design sprint for the agent's portal of Liberty Seguros.• Implementation of the new Design System on the new agent's portal.• Helped the Agile Team implement the new agent's portal with the best user experience standards, conducting user testings, workshops, and user research.• Comproved enhancement of the Portal's User Experience: after the implementation of new features, the Agent's NPS had an increase of 2 percentual points.• I also have worked on several mobile projects for Liberty Seguros, such as the customer app (login, claim, and assistance call), banking app offering insurance products, and mobile version of the Agent's Portal.Do you want those qualities on your projects?
