Étais membre d'une Mission de Microfinance (MiMi) avec le Nouvel Observatoire de l'Innovation Sociale et Environnementale à emlyon. Depuis 2018, cette mission consiste à accompagner le MEC FADEC, un institut de microfinance qui travaille au financement des entrepreneurs dans la région de Louga au Sénégal. Chaque année, une équipe de 4 volontaires étudiants s'engage à aider l'institut dans des missions de stratégie digitale, de conseil en gestion opérationnelle et en gestion des risques.Cette année, nous avons pu développer différents projets :- la conception d'un outil de scoring de crédit pour plus de 25 produits de crédit différents- la mise en place d'un chat-bot Whatsapp pour améliorer la communication et le service client- le lancement d'une nouvelle campagne de communication digitale pour analphabètes pour la sortie d'une nouvelle application - une étude d'impact sur l'un de leurs crédits de groupe

Coordinated a team of 10 students with the objective of organizing 4 days of sports and festivities for 330 people in a campsite in the South of France with a budget of 65,000€.
