I have contributed to the development of the renewal of federal Emergency Management policy in Canada by restructuring, updating, rewriting, and reworking federal emergency response policy and guidance. I have written and contributed to briefings and supporting materials for executives and senior decision makers which have informed policy renewal and guided interdepartmental engagement. I have coordinated interdepartmental stakeholder engagement and outreach, which resulted in improved alignment between my team and our stakeholders and improved policy outcomes for Emergency Management.

I was part of a project that deployed and operated an enterprise vulnerability assessment service and platform for SSC and its partners. Duties included onboarding federal departmental partners, designing, scheduling, deploying, and reviewing vulnerability scans, monitoring and analyzing vulnerability scans for unacceptable risks, and designing and deliverying departmental vulnerability reports to help partner teams control and mitigate threats, minimize attack surface, and improve federal security posture.

I coordinated and managed 1000s of RFCs for the shared IT infrastructure of SSC and its partner departments to ensure that RFCs conformed to Service Level Agreements and IT best-practice standards to maximize service up-time and minimize business operation downtime. I tracked and carried out SLA metric reports to ensure conformance, performed post-implementation review, and helped facilitate IT operations at the enterprise level.I chaired weekly technical Change Advisory Board meetings to coordinate operational activities for infrastructure support tasks between business units and service lines, ensuring that IT operations supported delivering business service lines.
