My responsibilities as a Case Manager included coordinating and synchronizing services to support individuals through each stage of their engagement with The Resource Exchange. As a Retreat Staff Intern, I took on diverse roles including Dining Hall Coordinator, Assistant Retreat Coordinator, Maintenance Assistant, and Challenge Course Facilitator. These positions alternated based on camp needs, offering a comprehensive experience in camp and retreat ministry. Responsibilities included administering medication, transporting students off campus, and assisting with chores and service projects. As an LDT Team Member, I collaborated with the team to coordinate college convocations and recruit students for the Thrive Pathway honors program. My responsibilities also included grading developmental assignments, guiding students in service projects, and assisting with the CALL Leadership Summit.

In my role as a Student Director, I organized campus ministry events and local youth activities, coordinated with local churches, and engaged in weekly meetings. My responsibilities included office maintenance, leading weekly small groups, creating promotional materials for social media, and assisting with weekly chapels. Key events I managed included Night to Shine (Tim Tebow Foundation), Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan's Purse), Men’s Retreats, Camp Lookout (Summer Camp Counseling), Missions Nights, and other impactful events.

As a Power Plant Worker, I collaborated with a team to ensure the proper operation of the steam boiler, conducted hourly checks, and maintained cleanliness in work areas. My responsibilities also included refilling chemical containers, performing chemical checks, and assisting with construction-related tasks as needed.

As a Cook's Assistant, I supported cafeteria cooks by preparing meals using stoves, ovens, and deep fryers. My responsibilities included maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, coordinating with other staff to ensure timely meal preparation, and ensuring that meals were served efficiently to students.

As a Tour Guide, I ensured guests' safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout their zipline experience. My responsibilities included collaborating with other guides, instructing guests on safe ziplining practices, and enhancing their experience with engaging conversation and entertainment.

As a Pieceworker, I operated various machines and tools on the assembly line to construct a range of Justin Boots, including steel-toe styles. My work involved efficient use of equipment to meet production targets, with workdays averaging 10 hours, 5-6 days a week. Compensation was based on the volume of footwear processed through the department.

As a Blind and Shutter Installer, I was responsible for installing a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and verticals. My duties included managing appointments through paperwork, rescheduling as needed, collecting payments from customers, organizing warehouse orders and boxes, and disposing of waste. I drove the company van independently and with a partner to and from appointments. Average workdays were 12 or more hours long, several days a week.

As Summer Program Staff, I managed a team of activity staff and supported the Program Director, Head Camp Counselor, and Female Program Staff. My responsibilities included training new staff, overseeing program areas, working in the gift shop, brainstorming and planning large camp activities, performing deep cleaning, and providing camp counseling when needed.

As a Store Associate, I delivered excellent customer service and managed various tasks including portioning and preparing French fries, taking orders with a cash register, organizing and distributing meals, restocking supplies, prepping vegetables for cooks, and maintaining cleanliness by cleaning bathrooms and taking out the trash.

As a Camp Counselor, I supervised 7-12 campers each week, leading them through daily games and program areas, facilitating personal devotions and cabin discussions. I also assisted with weekly camp cleaning, ran camp activities, and supported various camp needs.
