I have marketed top-tier original content (print, A/V and online/social media/viral campaigns), serving clients like 20th Century Fox, ABC, HBO, Netflix, Paramount, Sony/Columbia, and Warner Bros. The cornerstones of my practice are wit, wordplay, and above all, audience-engagement. Freelancing (contracted by Concept Arts, Lindeman and Associates, and Workshop Creative, etc.) has necessitated initiative and a strong work ethic. As a former staff writer for some of the largest creative advertising agencies in Hollywood (B.L.T. and Trailer Park/Artmachine), I have learned to not only meet, but exceed client-direction through anticipation and maintaining curiosity. The expectation of delivering stellar results while juggling competing deadlines has honed my ability to multitask, both in office-based and remote settings.I am always available for entertainment copy/original content and look to apply my skills as a writer in other sectors - specifically NGO's and other organizations focused on preserving the sanctity of human rights. I welcome the chance to continue to explore commercial, expository, and academic writing, as well as editing, blogging, and journalism. Though my work experience is entertainment-oriented, outside of the job, I nurture a quiet but sincere passion for fixing broken systems and fostering social equity. As of August 2021, I have started the part-time day program at Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles, where I plan to specialize in public interest law. Currently, I am pursuing internships and externships in this area of legal speciality.
