Headquartered in Germany and the US, 3Dconnexion also has numerous regional offices worldwide.My role is to build, develop and maintain the Southern Europe business through innovation, collaboration, initiatives, communication,training and other best practices. I am the sole sales resource for this regionResponsibilities• Recruitment and maintenance of distribution partners.• Recruitment, development, organisation and maintenance of reseller partners (reseller partners include CAD professional resellers, e-tailers, retailers, business to business resellers and mail order).• Build and maintain relationships with all channel partners at all levels.• Channel sales team product training.• Business planning with both distribution and resellers.• Innovating new strategies, schemes and incentives to drive demand.• Work closely with supporting software and hardware vendors to create cross promotional messaging and incentives.• Regular presentations at trade shows and other events.• Direct end user liaison• Explore alternative market opportunities.• Plan and execute strategies to create demand in these new markets and fulfill that demand.• Accurate business forecasting and inventory management (sell out and sell through).
