• Streamlined the lab VM creation process for our 50+ people department by automating the IP reservation process with a Python Flask API and Jenkins pipeline which saves each user a few minutes per VM as well as ensures the VMs are properly reserved with no human error• Created a CMDB application that allowed enterprise users to reserve hardware time for testing that saved users configuration time and prevented time conflicts between departments• Produced dozens of pipelines in Jenkins for repeatable testing of Ansible roles and playbooks to save 15-20 minutes per test of VM setup• Wrote and delivered a presentation to over 200 coworkers and upper management at a company conference about the responsibility of setting good examples for coworkers through best practices• Utilized Design Thinking principles to discover, design, and deploy solutions for our internal customers using a constant feedback loop to ensure their satisfaction with the product. This process resulted in 3 projects for 3 different teams designed to seamlessly integrate into and accelerate their workflow
