Current▪ Maintain, modify, deploy and support systems or 3rd party components (programs, processes, configuration); all the while working within a larger system scope▪ Perform deployment, technical/operational training and support during start-up new or modified IT services, application, and processes.▪ Complete unit testing of all work processes.▪ Troubleshoot and investigate. Develop solutions to problems involving causes that are not obvious. Respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors that do not have a known cause. Perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.▪ Write and maintain all documentation supporting primary area of responsibility.▪ Apply knowledge of current technologies and methodologies with business subject matter to develop technical solutions. Confer with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the situation requiring intervention. Translate process into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets.▪ Expand use of current information technologies, techniques and processes as they apply to Goodyear. Increase breadth and depth of technical knowledge by expanding knowledge base.
