Hello! I'm Lucas, a Coastal Carolina University alumni with a focus on streamlining operations, boosting revenue, and introducing innovative solutions to the business sphere. My experience spans leading cross-functional teams, executing strategic projects, and excelling in management consulting. At Aramark, I spearheaded the transition to a cutting-edge POS system, resulting in significant cost savings and productivity improvements. My role as a management consultant at the COBE Institute showcased my analytical skills, where I conducted in-depth market studies for key projects, demonstrating my capacity for detailed analysis and strategic insight. During my brief tenure with Connors Group I quickly learned an entirely different business operation and was able to give their C-Suite incredible cost saving recommendations. I have currently just now started as a Management Specialist with CDM Smith and look forward to working in the technical and federal consulting projects I will be staffed on. Outside the confines of formal employment, I've applied my expertise in various project scenarios, such as designing a semester-long, case-study-based apparel store. This not only honed my project management and creative problem-solving skills but also affirmed my passion for leveraging data analytics and technology to drive business growth.
