Besides, I was responsible to create reports and do some reports about bugs, issues, and defects, ensuring that the development team has corrected those issues and defects.Also, I started some automation testing pilots on the projects that I was assigned like Clark County, for example.First Line of Business – Support Engineer @Product Support NW JAVAI was responsible to support a few NetWeaver Java components like Portal Drive and some Portal customers.One of my main tasks was to develop an application to automate the queue of incidents and assign the consultant who had fewer incidents. This application was built using the Java and Selenium WebDriver who was responsible to automate the application.
