Manage stakeholders - understanding their needs and objectives with the projects;3. Architect discovery processes - carrying out user research, trend mapping, internal workshops and documentation;4. Document - creating robust documentation for all customers, ensuring that they have an easy time maintaining the product;5. Create Go-to-Market strategies - effectively demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of each of the mapped possibilities;6. Leveraging no-code tools to automate process at both the development and the commercial areas of the company.

Studywise was an edtech focused on software developers, born on Antler's second cohort in Brazil, that aimed to teach them how to code or how to climb the seniority ladder with ease by simulating real world experience. By leveraging AI we were able to create "scenarios" were developers would work together to solve real-life problems. At Sutydiwse I was the co-founder, CPO, developer, and everything else that was necessary. I was responsible for doing benchmark research, product discovery, product development, stakeholder's management, community management, user onboarding, and driving user retention. I navigated through the most distinct areas to ensure that we achieved our company objectives. A few of the accomplishments were:a. Scaled a Discord community from 0 to 3.000 members in an month using growth techniques that costed us nothing;b. Launched the platform and acquired the first 1.000 users leveraging the community that was built;c. Engaged with users on a daily-basis to understand their needs and adapt our solution to it, getting to 50 paying users and getting to a MRR of ~ $1.000;d. Secured a $150.000 in venture funding from the global VC firm Antler after participating in their second cohort in Brazil.

Developing a new thesis on the educational field.
