Shadowed and assisted multiple established DJs to properly understand the uses of the software and interface used within the booth. Learned and adapted to radio broadcast software and interface to produce high-quality content for the station. Became familiarized with multiple aspects of radio broadcasts such as automated tracks, playlist creation, and promotion tracks. Researched, collected, and recommended various artists and bands to be added to the station's collection of playable artists by accounting for the criteria of <250,000 listeners (U.S. artists) and <500,000 listeners (international artists), unique to KVRX 91.7.

Gained more customer-service skills while being able to learn more about the local Austin music scene while working at Marriott's Austin-based Otis/AC sister hotels. Continuously portrayed excellent verbal and written communication with other staff members as well as hotel guests while efficiently checking incoming hotel guests in. Managed incoming/outgoing calls and general inquiries and requests from guests throughout shift time. Created a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests while welcoming them into the front lobby. Exhibited time management skills by being able to continuously complete any and all tasks designated for the day while also making sure that guests were satisfied with all elements of their stay.

Working as a front-of-house food service worker, I had many different responsibilities, such as facilitating in opening and closing of the restaurant as well as ensuring that customers enjoyed their experience during their visits. I learned vital skills such as working under pressure, working well and productively within groups as well as learning everything about Austin's most recognizable tourist area, South Congress. Alongside these named skills, I was also responsible for regular food service tasks such as set-up and take-down of the front-of-house food service line, maintaining cleanliness inside and outside of the restaurant, as well as maintaining positive customer experiences and engagement throughout their visit to the store.

Worked as a fundraising caller in a remote setting, working for UT Austin's in-house fundraising department, Utalk. For this role, I was individually responsible for creating welcoming and engaging conversations with UT alumni and parents in an effort to increase fundraising for university-wide organizations. Making 75+ calls per shift, I ensured that each and every individual whom I was interacting with would have a positive and engaging experience while being informed of the impact that their donations could make on UT Austin, student life, and academics.

Worked as a front desk student associate in the Entrepreneurship Minor Office within the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin. Greeted, welcomed, and checked-in visitors, both students as well as business professionals, into the office. Created multiple graphics for the office to be printed as flyers around the neighboring area of the building. Responsible for regular office duties such as running errands to other departments, picking up mail, and relaying important information to students taking the minor via messaging systems within UT's Canvas system. Occasional attendance to out-of-office events such as aiding in advertising for the minor-related seminar classes as well as providing support via checking in attendants and handing out information pamphlets at larger scale events (such as an entrepreneurship conference) held on the UT campus.
