With an entrepreneurial state-of-mind, I like to develop and implement customer oriented strategies. Used to act in complex environment and transversal functions, I am applying a participative leadership, empowering strong coordination and facilitation skills. I developed my leadership and coordination skills when leading the transformation process of a heavily loss making product range, still accounting for 28%, EUR 90 mio of the company revenues, in a sound and flourishing business. Afterwards, I took the lead of Planisfer, in a start-up mode and in close contact with customers, it became clear that my drive lied in entrepreneurial and customer oriented projects. In 2017, I founded Neolia in order to share my expertise with other companies and to be able to take part to transformation projects in other sectors of activity.
