1). Support brand strategy development, build brand equity and establish brand footprint to achieve brand business ambition.2）Support to initiate brand integrated communication campaign by strategically assessing market opportunities, consumer insight/trend & competitive situation.3). Lead multifunction team to develop integrated communication plan including media strategy, digital strategy, PR communication and BTL activation plan. 4). Support NPD launch through pricing, package, distribution, advertising, PR, digital and promotion, manage regular product planning, forecasting and performance tracking.5). Initiate brand activation calendar including consumer upgrading program, consumer trial program and other PR sponsorship.6). Accelerate product growth and expand brand communication territory to ecommerce channel and develop promotion calendar.7). Brand budget allocation and and A&P tracking.

1). Brand building - Follow brand strategic direction and initiate brand PR communication campaign, support to develop brand communication platform and strategy to build up brand equity in China market through PR activities and sponsorships. 2). Support to lead multifunction team to well implement brand grand PR events under the identified brand communication idea. 3). Take charge of leading brand BTL activities and initiate activation plan such as media sponsorship, channel thematic events, promotion and new package development, etc. 4). Develop brand visual guideline to ensure the consistency of channel visibility. 5). Closely work with trade marketing and sales team to support in image outlet and trade activations. 6). Controll brand budget and track brand A&P timely.
