- Outreach activities with unaccompanied minors present in the city of Milan aiming to map and monitor their presence in the territory. - Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the city of Milan. - Design and implementation of participation and social inclusion activities for foreign minors at Civico Zero. - Drafting reports and collection of relevant data

- Development and implementation of educational programs in shelter for unaccompanied minors, located in the suburb area of Milan (Quarto Oggiaro), with the aim of promoting language learning thus increasing social inclusion.- Multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural working team.

- Child development officer in a shelter hosting 50 unaccompanied minors.- Enforce daily program schedule, under the supervision of the shelter’s coordinator, and ensure that personal care plans for the minors are effectively implemented. - Keep up with best practices and developments regarding unaccompanied children, including participation in continuing education programmes, seminars etc - Planning, within a multidisciplinary team, life project for minors according to individual skills and personal abilities. - Documenting resident’s daily behavior via Hope For Children’s protocol through reports and processes.- Working on shifts (including 2-night shifts per week).

- Provide legal advice and guidance on asylum requests and family reunification issues (mainly according to Dublin III Regulation).- Carrying out individual meeting to assess vulnerabilities. - Liaise with competent authorities to ensure the issuance of personal and other relevant documents to minors residing in the shelter
