I obtained the Degree in Molecular Biology (2011) and developed a PhD at the Instituto de Salud y Ambiente del Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina). My Ph.D involved the study of the effects of exposure to endocrine disruptors on the reproductive system. In this context, I did an internship at the Instituto de Recerca Biomèdica de Lleida (Lleida, Spain) to learn about 3D epithelial cells culture. I completed my Ph.D in Biological Sciences in 2016. These years of research resulted in 6 papers, in 3 of which I am the first author. Later, I worked as Scientific Researcher at the Instituto de Medicina Traslacional e Ingeniería Biomedica (Buenos Aires), where I could improve my skills in cell culture, mesenchymal stem cells handling and gene editing with CRISPR-Cas9 systems. In 2020, following my deep interest in Biotech Startups, I started working at Cell Farm Food Tech, the first cultured-meat Startup in LatAm. During this period, I carried out different approaches in order to obtain Bovine Cell Lines for the cultured meat industry. Continuing my career I joined Stämm Biotech, a fast-grown Startup focused in the development of microfluidic- Bioreactors for biomanufacturing processes. At Stämm, I stood out as Leader of the Bioengineering area and later as Technical Curator of the Cells division, in which I was able to develop and improve management skills and team leadership.Now, I am developing new skills and acquiring valuable knoledge in the field of Syntethic Biology, as a Postdoc at the University of Macquarie (Sydney, Australia).My experiences in different projects and work- environments enhanced my skills in molecular biology, genetic engineering, regenerative medicine, stem cells and cellular agriculture, increased my confidence in communicating in English as well as in solving problems, build relationships and negotiate practical solutions.I consider myself a person who stands out for her responsibility, enthusiasm, commitment and dedication both in work projects and personal goals. I really enjoy teamwork and build collaborations with new people and work environments.
