The Garfield Center for the Arts at the Prince Theatre (GCA) is a non-profit arts organization that provides year-round programming and education in theatre arts, music, film, dance, and community events. It's mission is to invigorate cultural life of the community by nurturing, celebrating and supporting arts and artists through performance and education. It operates from within a 1928 art deco movie theatre in the center of a historic town on Maryland’s eastern shore, with an annual operating budget of $240,000 and offers more than 75 distinct annual events.
