Deployed synthetic biology into a clinically compatible cell therapy. Designed and constructed a library of DNA parts to tune transgene expression, using PCR, modular DNA assembly, DNA purification. The library was deployed in HEK-293T & primary MSCs and subsequently contributed to multiple projects.

Developed and optimized imaging assay to track AAV2 intracellular trafficking and nuclear translocation. Validated assay using immunostaining and ELISA. Composed Standard Operating Procedure, enabling the deployment of this assay in regulatory QA/QC for a clinical gene therapy product.
