_ Working the assigned accounts/invoices/transactions according to the set target/policies and procedures and within the time frame agreed in order to input_ Verifying and obtaining the necessary approvals for vendor's payments_ Investigating price and quality variances_ Raising debit notes_ Verifying accounts statements received from the vendors and reconciles them with the information from own ledger_ Maintains the relationship with the vendors, warehouse, inventory & merchandising departments within Office Depot_ Sending remittance advice if requested by the vendors _ Conducting regular interactions with the customers in order to fulfill the assigned duties
