I led the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team, being in charge with building a centralized and standardized Group Reporting framework, integrating key performance indicators across the major business areas – business, financial, operational and people – and helping our internal stakeholders embrace, embark into and accelerate their Data Analytics Journey.

I have been in charge with driving the strategy execution and managing the tactical implementation of various key business programs and transformation initiatives, aiming to drive standardization and improve efficiency, effectiveness and cost competitiveness across the Infrastructure and Data Management division in Atos International.

I led the Business Operations activities across the Global Delivery Center organization in Atos International, driving the implementation, integration and streamline of the management system across the offshore countries – India, Poland, Romania, Malaysia, Philippines etc. I have been in charge with building up, developing and driving several of the company’s main transformation programs to increase performance, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness across the major business areas – financial, business processes, customer and quality, people and infrastructure.

I ramped up, developed and led a 50+ team of Service Delivery Managers in Atos Romania, being responsible for the entire chain of activities around the team, from capacity planning and hiring management, people on-boarding, personal development and performance evaluation, to budgeting and P&L controlling.I have been in charge with ensuring the Business Unit deliverables are according to the agreed service scope and service level targets by monitoring and reviewing the SLA’s, KPI’s and Quality reports and undertaking the appropriate actions by developing and implementing suitable service improvement plans.

I managed the main account in Atos – former Siemens – Romania, in terms of size, portfolio and strategic importance, being responsible for the delivery of services, as contracted, within the agreed levels of quality and within budget and according to the processes and tools in place.I have been in charge with and driven account growth, profitability and customer satisfaction throughout contract lifecycle phases.

I have been responsible for activities coordination and tasks assignment at team level, while also providing 2nd Level Support – Windows Administration – for several global customers, in a mixed physical–virtual environment.
