Assisting with relocation and moving services after the sale of client’s home. Maintain a wide range of clientele for residential, commercial and investment properties. Establish positive flow of communication with other Agents, Mortgage officers, Title personnel and Attorneys involved in the home buying and selling process. Consistently generate positive client feedback and build business through referrals. Provide follow up with clients after closings to maintain, enduring relationships for potential future business. Present and advise successful negotiation strategies. Open Houses and staging of properties before listing for sale.
