About Lucina Kayee
Lucina Kayee is a multidisciplinary artist, researcher, advocate for survivors of the foster care system, and the founder and Executive Director of Atlas of Blackness (AOB). Atlas of Blackness (AOB) is a grassroots multimedia artistic research-based organization with the mission of documenting the stories of Black people in hopes of preserving them for future generations. Atlas of Blackness mentors Black fosters under thirty in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area by providing them with resources to document the untold stories of their communities and produce authentic narratives. Lucina is a social work student working towards becoming a licensed clinical social worker.
