This journey has been an incredible adventure and occasion to challenge myself and to practice what I’ve learnt in a fast-growing online Company. Not only have I seen in practice what I read in books during my MBA studies about the strategies a Company should put in place to grow and to stabilize the business (differentiation, internationalization, innovation - “try fast, move fast” approach, data driven management), but I have challenged directly myself also with skills that you can learn only on the job (resilience, flexibility, multicultural work environment, team management). I believe in the sentence “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together” and this is my daily mission inside the Company to promote and to structure the activities that I manage in order to be fully integrated in the overall Company organization and strategy
