I've built a company. I've done it not on purpose: people were asking if I can help them make apps. So I was able to help. I hired my first employee in June 2017. By the end of 2017, I've had a small team of 10 people. Some of them were working remotely, but most of the developers were working at my beautiful office in Moscow. In March of 2018 Ozon Company has offered me to create several apps for Ozon Supply Chain, and they offered me to buy all of my team. So I agreed.Apps we've worked on:- Android app for a European Bank (can't mention the name because of an NDA);- Functionality "Гиги за Шаги" for My Beeline Android app;- Beeline TV android app - we supported the app for several months;- Wildberries Courier App - we've supported the app for more than a year: we've made a lot of new features;- Anti-fraud banking library - can't mention the name of the client company, but this library is used by most prominent Russian Banks;- Crypto-currency app - we've built from scratch an app for one small (but very perspective) crypto-currency;- We've worked for several months for Beeline Mobile Working Place App - an app for Beeline employees;- We've done several projects with image recognition, artificial intelligence functionality (NDA);Almost all of my Android Pirates team still work with me at Ozon Company.

I can make, for instance, two parallel background network requests at the same time for every single core of a device. I used to work (as part of my team) on the Wildberries's Mobile App for the company's couriers for an Android platform (several thousand active users every day).Responsibilities:- Legacy code refactoring- Add new features, such as: connect portable Bluetooth printers (about 6 different models) to print fiscal receipts, connection with banks SDK - Sberbank, iBox, 2Can to charge money from credit cards right through the mobile app- Bug fixesWhat I use in my everyday work:Collaboration with my team, planning, processes management:- Git, Swagger, Postman, Slack- Jira, Confluence- Scrum/Kanban (We had a team of 6 people)An app architecture, technologies, and libraries (mostly, the same):- MVP pattern, RxJava, RxAndroid- SQLBrite- Retrofit2 (network)- Timber (a logger for lazy people from Jake Wharton, but I can live without it)- Dagger2 (DI)- GSON (help with a network)- ACRA (bugs tracker)- EventBus, okhttp, Stetho, ButterKnife- Dexter (Not a TV-series). For Android > 6 (actually, > 5). Allows checking permissions.Design:- According to Google Material Design Guidelines ONLY. We didn't have an UI-designer in the company, that's why we made mock-ups ourselves (I had some experience previously)- Also, I used google colors, Paletton, material icons, Behance (the last one for inspiration and not for stealing). However, I'm not a real designer. Better solution - use UI/UX-designer.Achievements:- Always made my tasks in time (always), but I got enough sleep not always (deja vu) :)- Loved my job (Android-development, my team)

I'm not a guru with it, but I have some experience)
