Lucy Chen is an Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Analyst - Lateral Onboarding at Latham & Watkins, where she develops streamlined processes for supporting high priority matters for lateral partners and counsel. She is also an inaugural member of the Yale Law School Launchpad Scholars Program, powered by Latham & Watkins. Prior to her time in the OGC, Lucy served as a Team Lead and Senior Litigation Paralegal II at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, where she focused on complex intellectual property, antitrust, securities, and white-collar investigations. She also contributed to pro bono efforts through the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, assisting artists in recovering unpaid wages and navigating copyright disputes.Lucy earned her BA from New York University with high distinction as a University Honors Scholar and recipient of the Founders’ Day Award. She intends to pursue a JD degree and aspires to become a practicing attorney.
