PR + Artist Relations expert currently completing a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling For the past 8 years, I have enjoyed a fulfilling career in the Music and Entertainment industry, working in dedicated PR roles at Sony Music Entertainment, inside out, and currently Warner Music Australia, executing strategic and meaningful publicity campaigns for a diverse roster of global artists. Fostering safe and trusted working relationships with artists and my colleagues has always been extremely important to me. My empathic disposition within such roles has heightened my awareness and experience tending to the needs of others. It remains a true privilege to support artists in both their public pressures and private challenges. Such connections and intricate experiences have inspired me to complete formal studies in psychotherapy and counselling.As a noice therapist currently on placement, it is my intention to cultivate a warm, safe space led by my sensitive and trauma-informed person centred approach. I understand that each person has a unique set of gifts to celebrate and nurture as well as individual challenges, anxieties or traumas to support. My practice recognises the importance of the therapeutic relationship: developing a trusted rapport with each client and being a secure base to promote self exploration, healing and a positive path forward.I look forward to officially stepping into the role of therapist soon, and as a wellbeing lead for companies within the music industry. I strongly believe that in leading with compassion, we demonstrate a willingness to understand which directly fosters a culture of care, connection and growth.
