I love the way food and beverage bring family and friends together, and the different conversations it brings to the table. I enjoy seeing people have a great time. Elevating my career in this industry is my goal.In my recent career, I’ve been seconded to many roles because of operations and service excellence, and also because I have a reputation for effectively and efficiently opening venues, particularly in challenging times.I was hand selected for my current role specifically to manage the Crowne Plaza Adelaide’s Koomo restaurant opening in 2020 and previously the reopening the Intercontinental Hayman Island after a cyclone hit in 2019.I am the “roll up my sleeves and get in there” type if and when required. Not standard for someone in my leadership position. But it’s the way I gain respect from my staff and stakeholders.
