• Assist with daily processing of invoices • Confirm accuracy of billing information processed on invoices• Answer customer inquiries and/or correct discrepancies• Responsible for knowing various customer billing processes, pricing and portals• Work with Sales and Operations to ensure the accuracy of invoices produced• Verify proper paperwork has been submitted in billing packet for accuracy• Prepare and submit invoices in timely manner• Maintain detailed audit trail to document invoice submission• Prepare any necessary billing reports• Identify billing tickets that need immediate action taken and follow up with the appropriate personnel• Assist with updating information for tickets, customers, equipment or any additional information that is needed to expedite• Maintain permanent electronic filing of all invoices and supporting documentation• Assist with customer billing audits• Work as a back-up when needed with Expeditors to prep billing packets and various office duties• Work with District Manager on job ticket discrepancies or missing delivery ticket/inspections• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

• Process invoices and contracts for used equipment sales, long and short-term rentals.• Manage and negotiated costs related to repair, freight, setup and take-down of fleet assets.• Negotiate cost related contracts with vendors• Initiate Orders for New Rental and Demo Fleet Assets• Coordinate asset management and processing with Accounting Department.• Manage all asset activity including tracking of asset locations, tracking program costs, making all freight arrangements and managing all maintenance with MCFA dealers and Demo Users; Assist in constructing quarterly & yearly Demo Program capital budget; Monitor capital budget variances; Process all new Demo asset orders in conjunction with National Accounts Coordinators• Assist General Manager with fiscal budget plans• Perform miscellaneous projects as needed on request from Fleet Services Managers, National Accounts Managers, Warehouse Product Consultants and Dealer Sales Managers as related to Material Handling shows for Demo units and stock units.• Document process departmental procedure mapping• Train new employees in internal ERP system usage, asset transportation logistics, asset utilization tracking and general fleet asset depreciation and management • Process Product Registration for Warranty• Conduct periodic physical inventory reconciliations• Assist Accounting Department with Internal Audits

• Process daily invoices to Customer/Dealers within the ERP system• Create/process monthly time and material service orders to Dealers• Scan and upload related documents to statements, invoices and credit history• Communicate with Fleet Managers/National Account Managers any discrepancies for debits/credits within the Dealer network• Work with Accounting on reducing A/R past due by 60%
