Hello there I’m Lucy, but everyone calls me Loose.I’m an award-winning Creative Director with over 20 years of experience working in creative advertising. I am a strong conceptual thinker, used to working across a variety of media for high profile clients in the UK and internationally. Throughout my career I have been client facing and I enjoy working with clients to solve business problems with creative solutions.I am passionate about the teams I work with, I champion my people and enjoy leading, very much with a collaborative approach. My career history is diverse and along the way I’ve rolled up my sleeves and helped build start-up agencies as well as worked in the big network ones, helping win some sizeable bits of new business along the way. For the duration of my career I’ve also been a creative talent spotter, running different placement and recruitment schemes but also designing, building and running a creative school for W+K London – WK Platform. I’m always interested to hear about new opportunities, so please drop me a line or give me a call. I live on the North Kent coast with my better half.
