Working with SRS on a demand led ad-hoc basis, I have had the opportunity to help facilitate mock assessment centres across the UK both in face-to-face environments, and more recently using virtual platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, I have assisted with a range of administrative tasks including populating candidate schedules and timetables in Excel, balancing organisational requirements whilst ensuring the individual needs of the students are met, being available to offer support or guidance to students during live events, and proofreading outputs from the digital platform.

Whilst working for the company for over 3 years, I have been a Team Leader for just under 2 years. This job role has allowed me to develop my communication, time-management and supervisory skills. Working in this extremely fast-paced work environment whilst also studying has allowed me to develop key leadership qualities and skills whilst also providing me with the opportunity to understand more about the operational side of the business.

Whilst on my 4 week placement in Bali, I was given the opportunity to have 40+ hours hands on experience within the field of mental health. This ranged from running creative and therapeutic interventions at schools for children with specific needs and psychiatric wards, to attending weekly workshops on topics like hypnotherapy, brain mapping and meditation to allow me to gain a wider interpretation of what "mental health treatment" can involve along with how it may differ in another country with limited resources. This opportunity was both challenging and rewarding, and enabled me to gain relevant skills in this field.
