For the last 29 years, I have worked in various middle to senior leadership capacities, often in development though, most recently, in the education sector. My area of specialisation is Organisational Psychology. I have worked with teams in a number of African countries. I utilise a range of skills, particularly leading and developing teams; strategic planning; change management; customer service; mentoring as well as monitoring and evaluation. My main interest is in exploring and creating enabling systems that allow for the growth of individuals or organisations to excel. I believe in evidence-based intervention. I embrace and am motivated by challenge and change and I enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment. I am flexible, conscientious and pragmatic and enjoy and flourish having the opportunity to work with diverse groups of people.
