Managing Director
CurrentI led the transfer of Norfolk Network from a privately held Cambridge business to a Norfolk, not for profit membership organisation in 2013. I fulfil a leadership role for embracing new developments and sustaining a dynamic, progressive and innovative business network.I’m a prominent networker in the local business community and maintain an exceptional number of business relationships and executive-level partnerships. I design an annual events programme where progressive people can meet and share their knowledge and experience, hear new ideas and learn about innovation, strategy and entrepreneurial life. They can apply this to their own business and accelerate their growth. I work with outstanding speakers from a wide range of experience and background. I deliver workshops in professional networking at the local universities and judge a variety of student enterprise competitions. I lead a successful volunteering programme with undergraduates and graduates from the University of East Anglia which gives them access to Norfolk Network events, introductions to local businesses, one-on-one coaching and informal mentoring.I'm proud to be a mentor for We Can Norfolk, an innovative grassroots mentoring scheme for the future female leaders of Norfolk.
