Led the ‘Right to Request’ process, moving the Primary Care Psychology and Counselling Service out of Barts Health into a Social Enterprise, with a social mission to serve local communities. Set up new Board for the organisation and corporate and clinical governance structures with Executive Director Team.Currently involved in the RCT for Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy with the Tavistock Clinic and Anna Freud Centre, and is part of the training team for Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy at the Anna Freud Centre.
