Assist with training of all new inside sales personnel, following through with quotes provided through the department, provide customer support with sales request, field all calls to assess request and provide point of contact, assist with collections, provide performance reviews, provide purchasing request, request quotes/pricing for equipment/materials, confirm current pricing, update equipment literature, offsite planning of trade shows to include reserving services and consumables needed for/during/after the show
