Emerging Scholar is a program for low-income students. They come to Clemson and stay on campus for a designated amount of time. We expose them to college life, they take course, go on college visits and do activities.l lived in the dorms with the students and monitored their behavior. I was responsible for getting them to class, enforcing the rules, and being a mentor for our students.
