I am a detail oriented and self-directed Psychology graduate with the ability to think critically and take a holistic approach to problem solving. I have a proven track record of exceeding targets and excellent customer focused skills honed over the last 5+ years’ working in hospitality. In my last role as a recruitment specialist, I was part of the high performing data team, responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for high-level roles within the tech industry. I serviced a high number of jobs and received excellent feedback from candidates and clients. I have a strong interest in behavioural genetics and neuroscience and completed my dissertation on CYFIP1 as a risk gene for psychiatric disorder in a rodent model of Schizophrenia. I am continuing my studies with the Neuroscience Department at the University of Bristol with an MScR and working towards a career in research.
