Programme Manager for the Mental health, learning disabilities and autism programme for North West London, with a focus on adult mental health.Leading work to improve pathways for adults ADHD assessment and treatment and quality assurance. Facilitated work with partners to secure £640k for outreach work for rough sleepers with mental health needs in Westminster, Camden and Brent. Supported the system to achieve best performance on uptake of health checks for those on the SMI register in London in 2022/23 exceeding the national target. Led funding bid (£700k) with partners across maternity and mental health to set up and mobilise a new Maternal Mental Health service for women experiencing loss and trauma. Service awarded Positive Practice in mental health award 2022. Redeployed to CNWL NHS Foundation Trust during the Covid-19 pandemic (April-July 2020) to set up processes to support Westminster patients leaving inpatient units across NW London following the temporary closure of The Gordon Hospital. Led co-production and commissioning of a new NW London suicide postvention bereavement service. Led successful partnership bid for NHS England wave 2 IAPT-LTCs funding (£1.9m) for 7 NW London boroughs. Secured £120k from HEENWL and commissioned online training for PWPs/counsellors on supporting patients with long term conditions. Participant of change coach development programme to develop team coaching skills.

West Norwood

Senior trainee: low cost long term counselling and psychotherapy (up to one year) work with local people in South London. Integrative approach. Also supported promotion of service at local events. Centre 70’s counselling service is BACP accredited.

Short term counselling (6-12 wks) in an NHS setting (GP practice) as part of the NHS Talking Therapies counselling offer in Lambeth. Assessment, managing risk, using IAPTUS, liaising with GPs, writing discharge and crisis plans and signposting on.
