I am a partner specialising in residential conveyancing and private client work. I guide my clients through a very difficult time in their lives with care and professionalism at all times.I have 15 years’ experience in the sale, purchase and remortgage of residential property including transfers of equity, declarations of trust, equity release lending and the drafting of new and extended leases. I also advise on all aspects of non-contentious private client work including the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as inheritance tax planning and the Administration of Estates, Trusts and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection. My work includes: -- acting as professional Executor and Trustee on high net value Estates and Trusts- advising on the administration and distribution of Estates, involving complex assets both in the UK and abroad- obtaining and re-sealing Grants of Probate in foreign jurisdictions including Jersey, Isle of Man, Canada, South Africa and Australia- acting regularly for high-net-worth individuals in multi-million pound sales and purchases of residential property
