I am a Solicitor in our Property department and joined Solomon Taylor and Shaw in July 2002. I deal mainly with residential property work, which includes acting for private clients in leasehold and freehold acquisitions, refinancing and lease variations. I also deal with new build acquisitions and acts for landlords who wish to grant licences to assign or alter.

I have experience in acting for lenders in both and I also purchase and refinance transactions and acting for Landlord’s to grant or vary leases, or to issue licenses to assign or alter a leasehold property.
