I started work in the Civil Service for the Legal Aid Agency in 2005, with the vast majority of that time specialising in mental health legal aid provision. During my 11 years there I also gained significant experience working in immigration, crown court means testing and contract and supplier management.I have spent a substantial proportion of time managing large operational teams, working in fast paced environments. Ensuring successful management of resource against challenging targets. I have delivered large successful operational projects improving efficiency and quality.I joined Crown Commercial Service in 2016 and in that time I have successfully delivered the procurement of large framework agreements, spanning numerous categories including professional services and clinical and non-clinical contingent labour. I am a procurement specialist, supporting central government and the wider public sector in getting value for money.I am ILM accredited and have completed both profesional skills and operational delivery qualifications.I have a degree in law and a legal practice certificate.
