    During my time at Audi I have had the chance to sell prestige cars and have learned how to negotiate high value transactions.     During my time with the company I worked my way up from advisor to a store manager and was fully responsible for the running of my store, with two main aims, to ensure we meet our gross profit target and meet Vodafone’s high standards of customer service in order to meet our customer satisfaction rating. I was also responsible for ensuring my store is compliant and that customer’s data was kept secure at all times.I implemented processes that allow the store to run as effectively as possible, as paperwork must be completed before the store opened. These processes allowed me to spend more time on the shop floor so that my store stays on budget for paid hours and that once the store is open we could concentrate on giving the customer the attention and customer service that we where so proud of. As an advisor I was regularly top of our regions customer satisfaction rating and was nominated for ‘Shop Idol’ which is a nation wide competition in which all networks put forward nominees to be mystery shopped and to answer quizzes. During my time with Vodafone, I have my knowledge and understanding of ‘customer types’ and realised the importance of dealing with these. For example, sales people intimidate many customers and you must ensure a rapport is built and the customer has everything fully explained to alleviate any fears they may have and build a trusting relationship. This will entice loyally and repeat custom.During my time as store manager, I learnt many skills, including how to self motivate and motivate others by leading from example.
