Project managing validation studies with UK and international clients. This includes design of validation study, data analysis stage and presenting back findings and implications to clients / partners. Maintaining the psychometric properties of Talent Q products.Developing new products and working with internal and external stakeholders to bring these products to market. Testing of new products, functionality and releases on TQAS. Supporting external & internal clients with general and psychometric issues, queries, and advice on best practice.
