Project managing the client’s role in delivering a major stakeholder consultation and Planning Application to build a new £60m landmark home for Edinburgh’s Filmhouse cinema and Edinburgh International Film Festival. Working closely with the CEO and a small team at Filmhouse, the project architects and external consultants to manage consultation activity, develop the building designs, produce strategic documents and promotional materials, and prepare and submit the planning application; all whilst adapting to the changing context of the Covid pandemic. * This is my 10th role working for CMI, a charity that runs cinemas in Edinburgh and Aberdeen, the annual Edinburgh International Film Festival, and is a hub for learning and talent development.

Worked with the Gallery Director and University colleagues to manage the strategic, operational and creative activities of the University’s public gallery and meet commitments to the University, funders, artistic partners and the public. Project managed takeover of the lease and operating contract for the Belmont Media Centre in Aberdeen, now rebranded Belmont Filmhouse.
