My international career of 13 years at PwC has given me the opportunity to work in the UK, the US and in Hong Kong building my experience across a wide range of clients and cultural environments. Prior to moving to Hong Kong I was a Senior manager Capital Markets Accounting and Advisory Services with over seven years experience working on IPOs and equity and debt capital markets transactions, as well as over 4 years of experience within the Banking and Capital Markets service line, providing assurance services to clients in the Banking sector. Capital Markets experience includes; capital markets advisory on acquisition by BAT of Reynolds (2017), acquistion of Baxalta by Shire (2016), €590m high yield bond raise by Interoute plc (2015), dual track of Center Parcs (resulted in sale) (2015), demerger and main market listing of Reckitt Benckiser’s pharmaceutical business in 2014; proposed acquisition of Shire plc by AbbVie Inc. in 2014; £6bn equity raise and rights issue of Barclays; refinancing of Travelex Group in 2013; rights issue and refinancing of Thomas Cook in 2013; LSE’s acquisition of LCH in 2013; proposed standard listing of a Canadian Oil company; main market listing of HellermannTyton; Wood Group’s $1.7bn return of capital; and Wood Group’s $2.0bn disposal of Wood Group
