- Chosen as lead to re-launch and manage Barbour People - a campaign that highlights the real people behind the brand through street-style photography captured around the UK. Responsible for managing budget and calendar of events, re-designing all social and website assets, going on visits across the UK with a photographer and shooting street style photography, creating social posts after each visit including IG stories and Facebook/Twitter posts, updating curalate gallery on CMS page. - IG stories were the top performing social content on a weekly basis. - Supported with campaign execution including managing all social competitions, creation of moodboards for campaign shoots, blog uploads using HTML and image re-sizing on Photoshop, responsible for organising product for shoots and liaising with the Ecommerce team to ensure sufficient stock levels on live dates.- Assisted with influencer activity including influencer research, organising gifting, creating influencer guidelines for self shot content, utilisng tools such as Upfluence to keep track of influencer records, creating PDFs for influencers to choose product from across both brands. - Produced competitor research decks and presented to the Digital Marketing team every week, included social media news, brand campaigns and competitor social media activity.- Strength in competitor research led me into a bigger project around IG stories, where I worked with Social Media Coordinator to produce daily graphical content for Barbour International. Put new ways of working in place with social team to build a content calender for IG stories looking at commercial opportunities and digital calendar, responsible for ideation, briefing to graphics team, creating mocks/layouts. Also supported the social team with general maintenance of channels, such as social customer service on all channels, asset resizing, updating Facebook shops and social reporting.
