Light Box Leadership is a social enterprise that delivers workplace training and coaching and reinvests all profits into promoting public mental health through its community based projects.We've engaged over 4000 people with learning about the protective factors that support mental health:"Since attending, my anxiety levels have reduced and I am learning so much about myself, and learning to accept and be kind to myself, and learning that I am worthwhile. Created in 2000, Islington Mill houses more than 50 businesses and 100 artists. It is a creative arts and community hub where public arts programmes, residencies and galleries sit alongside rehearsal space.I sit on the Islington Mill charity board to assist with the exciting period of development it is currently undergoing.
