Light Box ran Bristol’s Happiness Project from 2011-2015. The Happiness Project presented good mental health as an act of creation. These public workshops examined the actions associated with improved mental health, and how these actions can be put into practice in daily life. The workshops involved arts activity, group discussion and presentation of scientific research findings. Light Box has delivered keynotes and mental health and resilience training in the UK and internationally for clients including, Specsavers, The Doe Fund and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Light Box continues on its mission to promote human health, and planet health, with The Human Nature Project, its Forest Therapy Practitioner Certification programme and clinical research into the impacts of nature connection on maternal mental health.
