• During a three-month period without a designated design leader, I managed and lead the CRM design team. Within this time I defined new brand strategy for email marketing templates leveraging creative assets to create.
• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing at GAME, I independently conceptualised and executed the new look and feel for GAME’s ‘Trade-In’ brand, after successfully pitching my concept to the Managing Director and wider.
