As the leader of a nearly $50M Technology talent and professional services business, I was responsible for overseeing the full P&L of the IL region and its local market, including over 30 Market Directors and Account Managers. My team was dedicated to new business development and growing our relationships with over 100 mid-market clients.

Oversaw talent delivery and sales operations for the Chicagoland area, which included offices in Chicago, Des Plaines and Downers Grove. With full P&L management responsibility for this $40M+ business, I worked closely with my team to ensure the successful delivery of talent and efficient operations.

Led talent delivery and sales operations for the Des Plaines office, one of the largest branches in our technologies group. P&L management responsibility for the $30M+ business. Successfully navigated merging two large offices (Des Plaines and Downers Grove) into a single P&L and integrating two high-performing teams.

Des Moines, Iowa Area

Led the effort to stabilize the Des Moines, IA market that suffered from inconsistent leadership from previous years. Hired a new team of eight Account Managers and Recruiters to support existing customers, rebuild relationships, and prioritize new business development. Full P&L responsibility of a $4M+ book of business.
