Key responsibilities included strategic planning and campaign development, senior client counsel, maximising the team's profitability and team mentoring.

I spent September 2004 - June 2005 working and travelling around Australia, which is where I developed an interest in the wine industry. Visiting wine regions across the country including Margaret River, Swan Valley, Eden Valley and Hunter Valley, I found the people and the stories about the wineries fascinating and the quality of some many of the wines blew me away. I also discovered there's nothing better in life than a fantastic meal in a beautiful vineyard restaurant in the warm sunshine with loved ones and a bottle of whatever you fancy.
